Dear “Music On Studio” community,
First of all, all the equip would like to reassure you about the rumor about the fact that our company is out of money and will be bought by an investor.
This rumor is absolutely false!
Music On Studio is very well and always wants to continue its activities and to work with you. As a proof, Music On Studio is engaged with the Solidays Festival for the next summer and will present the winner of our music contest. Besides, 6 news musicians signed the last two weeks and Deezer become our new partner. The company is well and we are very enjoyed about these good news.
The reason of this rumor comes from the fact that we have been hacked by one of our competitor the last week end. We arrived to identify it and to arrange the problem.
But it was too late because we observe that few emails were sent to you.
We would like to excuse us about it and we decided to improve our computer science equip to have no problem as it in the future. We stay the same and our first objective is still the same : To be professional and work on our passion, music.
With all our regrets and excuses,
Musically
Music On Studio
Marion - this this pretty good, but you should address the biggest concern of your community - Did my personal information, including credit card info get stolen? This concern should have occurred to you and still needs to be addressed.
RépondreSupprimerAlso, your claim that the company is still in good shape would have much more credibility if your gave evidence, offered to post / send validated financial statements, etc.
You could also offer a telephone hot-line or dedicated web address if individuals want to discuss the problem directly with your company.
Further, as an act of goodwill, you could make a discount offer, or an invitation to an on-line or live event.
All these things, even if they're just gestures, are low-cost, pro-active ways to regain trust.
I like how used the occasion of the hacking to make new announcement about the festival & signing the new bands, to bring attention back to your commercial/communication objectives.
Please make an additional entry, taking your solution to the hacking crisis a few steps further. Good Luck
